Are there are restrictions on what I can list?

We welcome many different kinds of listings on our site as long as they comply with our general rules:

• The host is present and a complimentary light breakfast is provided daily. 
• Private rooms offered. We don’t want our guests to be sharing rooms with strangers.
• If listing a mobile home, sailboat, yacht, or other vessel; it must be semi-permanently attached to a set location for the duration of a reservation and the host must be present.

If we see that a listing doesn’t meet the above guidelines, we may use our discretion to deactivate or pause the host account.
