Happy Family Guesthouse is located by the Mekong-River,on its archipelago, between Vinh Long and Cai Be cities, in the MIDDLE OF MEKONG DELTA.It's surrounded by tropically greenery and local rural population with one meter wide streets and narrow river channel.
Happy Family Guesthouse provides basic rooms,cottages made by Watercoconut-shrub leaves and Riversuite, built on the river!!!!!! All in beautifull garden,with swimming pool,sun deck,kids corner and so on. We have tried to do as best as possible. Come and see!
You will be serving also by Riverrestaurant, Garden kitchen, Grillhouse, so you could enjoy different kind of Vietnamese cuisine.We have the recources to accept also bigger groups. Happy Family Guesthouse grew will serve you well, so we say “Your pleasure is our happiness” !
We make trips to vicinity by boat, by scooters, by bicycles. You decide…. When and Where! Floating Market, Buddhist temples, river cruises, orchards, cheap shoppings, fishing etc. are waiting you!

we are friendly , the guest are we friends , simple and nice rules for everyone ...we have 20 rooms with single room, double rooms , tripble room, family room ... twin room . ... good for every guests stay at our home to relax in peaceful and nice rive side place .

Loved this homestay and will definitely have to come back :)
Beautiful location on the river with an open deck and delicious home cooking. The rooms were basic but had airconditioning and everything we needed! Very comfortable stay made extra special by Van and the girls. Great common areas including pool table and a swimming pool. Van was amazing helping us organise travel off the island and made sure we got to our destinations! She really went above and beyond <3

Everything was great. I loved the riverside hut but unfortunately my wife insisted on relocating to an air conned room with ensuite just because a tiny lizard poked its head into the bamboo hut.
Seriously though, I think the one small thing you could do to improve is to ensure the beer is kept really really cold, not just cold.

C'est un endroit déjà qu il faut trouver pas simple pour y arriver mais croyez moi sur parole cela en vaut vraiment le coup vous êtes au milieu de vergers d une splendeur avec le delta du mekong autour de vous les chambres sont simples mais correct et tout est fait pour que vous manquez de rien le personnel très compétent et vous mangez très bien. Le top.

we stayed here for a few night with our two children 4 and 6 years old. The famely was very nice and helpful. The children had lots of fun playing in the garden. The family arranged pick up and drop of by boat and they also arrangerad boat tours with guide for us. We give our warm rekommendations to anyone who whats to experience the real mekong delta life.

We had a pretty positive experience. The river boat tour was pretty cool and the restaurant had a really nice view. Was a very nice spot! Food wasn't great though.

Happy Family Guesthouse is in a great location. The land journey to the hotel is quite an experience or if you prefer, arrival by boat is an option. Either way it's an experience getting there. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel have their own boat for touring the river which we availed of. Happy family guest house is a fairy relaxed place in a great location. We rented the motorbikes/mopeds available at a reasonable price. We visited Vinh Long's famous market. The trip itself is quite memorable as you traverse a very rural area.

Happy family guesthouse is a little slice of paradise by the Mekong Delta. We were very well looked after and there is so much to do; from boat tours, swimming in the beautiful pool, bike hire, delicious food, sunsets, walks through the villages... the list goes on!
We stayed in the Riverside hut and it was really amazing experience sleeping in a stilt hut over the river - but you will need ear plugs as the crickets and boats passing can be noisy!
We would 100% recommend staying here.Thank you Thuy An for a fantastic stay!
