Casa compartida, tenemos mascotas en la familia todos mimosos.
La ubicación es excelente, medios de transporte por la esquina, playa a 50 mts.
Acceso a wifi ilimitado, cocina, microondas, heladera, lavado de ropa.
El dormitorio cuenta con area guardado de ropa, cama sommier de 1 plaza.
Los esperamos en nuestra casa, !!
Ambiente calido, con buena onda, siempre a las ordenes de procurar su estadia lo mas disfrutable.

Nuestra casa esta ubicada en el lado sur de Montevideo, específicamente en Malvin a 50 mts de la playa. Es uno de los barrios más lindos y seguros.
Es una zona residencial tranquila y cerca de todo.
Hay centros comerciales y servicios cerca que se pueden acceder a pie, en bus, auto, bicicleta.
A 30 mts están las paradas de bus con líneas a toda la ciudad.

Para la sana convivencia :
La cocina es de uso exclusivo huéspedes, hay café, te, azúcar condimentos, aceite y equipamiento básico.
Heladera y freezer, microondas, cafetera de prensa francesa e italiana de filtro, cocina y horno a gas.
Si deseas usar licuadora, batidora u otro electrodoméstico agradecemos solicitarlo.
Se deja LIMPIO y ordenado luego de usarla.
Comedor.
Solicitamos tirar la basura diario, hay contenedor público frente a la propiedad.
El baño es de uso huéspedes ÚNICAMENTE.
NO SE PERMITEN VISITAS NI HACER FIESTAS.
NO SE PERMITEN DROGAS DE NINGÚN TIPO NI VAPEO, NO SE PERMITE BEBER ALCOHOL NI FUMAR DENTRO DE LA PROPIEDAD.
La limpieza de los dormitorios ES RESPONSABILIDAD de cada uno, las áreas comunes se mantienen en conjunto.
Hay un horario de silencio para descanso de 23 a 7 am.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
