About the Area
Midtown Nexton is more than the newest village. More than just more of Nexton. It is the evolution of Nexton. It’s everything about home and community and how to live a healthy, fun, frolicsome life — all rolled into one beautiful place. With some new ways to enjoy nature (think water) and a whole bunch of all-new, Lowcountry-inspired neighborhood with a beautiful community pool that is like a resort!! There is a Gym at the community center and walking trails- Nexton Square is close by with restauarants and coffee-donut shop, and boutique shopping. The beach is about 40 minutes away!

House Rules
Washer and Dryer on the first floor. There are pets in the house. I work from home. Bedrooms other than the master bedroom are on the second floor. There is a small refrigerator up in the loft and a microwave. Please clean up after yourself. The room comes supplied with starter-up toiletries including soap, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, and paper towels. The pantry is stocked please replace items if you use- Condiments of course are free to use! No smoking, NO DRUGS. Parking is in front of the house on the street. Plenty of parking spots. Front porch and back porch for morning coffee or evening wine!!
I use Zelle for payments or credit cards. Prefer Zelle or Venmo.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
