Once furnished, we'll be living in this new construction Southern Charmer with many upgrades including granite counters in the kitchen and baths, Stainless Steel appliances (including a 5 burner gas range), wood floors, a paver patio in the backyard, privacy fence, and 2 parking spaces in the driveway. The home is in the hip Starland District of Savannah on a corner lot near many parks (including about 10 blocks away from the Savannah Bananas ballpark, 2 blocks of the newer SCAD upperclass dorms and within 3 miles of 4 nearby hospitals (and 1 more within 7 miles). Our son will be using the 2nd bedroom as a current SCAD sophomore in the Video Game Design program. The guest (3rd) bedroom has a designer Queen Bedroom suite.

Our house is located within the hip trendy Starland District about 1.5 blocks from the bus stop, 14 blocks east of Daffin Park (where the minor league baseball team the Savannah Bananas play, as well as is home to a dog park), is 11 blocks North of SCAD's Montgomery Hall, 20 blocks South of famed Forsythe Park, is within 3 miles of 4 hospitals (and 7 miles of a 5th), 2 blocks North of Victory Dr (Rt 80) a major thoroughfare leading to I-536 and I-16 including just a 17 mile jaunt to the beaches of Tybee Island, as well as only 3 miles to the Savannah Riverfront District & 16 miles to the Savannah/Hilton Head airport.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Quiet time is from 9pm-8am as the there is a student in the home. Also, no musical instruments to be played on-premises. Refrigerator will be shared with the host family. Use of the electric washing machine and dryer included.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
