Experience the real deal in 'ol Santa Fe!
Enjoy a 100 year old renovated adode home in the historic Westside- 5 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. The bedrooms are very private on opposite ends of the house. I have a private, quiet bedroom for your stay. There are two gardens, perfect for morning coffee or a late afternoon glass of wine. The kitchen is charming and fully loaded. There is a llarge dining space, new luxe bathrooms, sunny and cozy living room that looks out over a garden.
My home is safe. Quite. Lovely. It is at the end of a dead end in the old part of the city yet worlds away.
A friendly and stately Main Coon cat visits regularly- although spends most of the time outside.

About the Area
The historic Westside sits on the Santa Fe creek and is flanked by historic homes, walking paths and green parks. It is an old and charming neighborhood. Very quiet. However! Minutes away are notable bakeries, cafes, restaurants, historic churches, galleries, and shops. The famous Santa Fe Railyard farmer's market is a short walk away. All that and the view, the weather and that big blue famous sky.

House Rules
I am a designer who has created a lovely sanctuary. I would expect my guests to treat me and my home with respect and consideration. The house becomes quiet mid evening. I appreciate private and quiet mobile conversations. And I am happy to report I am drama free and would want the same considerations from my guests. My beloved and friendly Maine Coon cat, Teenie Joaquini (20 lbs) is available for lovies- on his terms ; )

Patti has a beautiful home in a very quiet area, a walkable distance from the Plaza and she is a most wonderful and generous host. She's very easy going in sharing her home and kitchen. During my 6 days with her i went through a sudden bereavement and Patti gave me a listening ear, a comforting presence and also gave me space when i needed it. The room is very nice and has a wonderfully comfortable big bed. Her beloved cat is also very easy with visitors. I'm quite allergic for cats but after a first night of a bit of sniffing i was allright because the cat and me both kept a respectable distance from each other, it was as if he understood i couldn't stroke him. Patti was also so kind to bring me a few times to a venue. Also, i had lost an earring in her home and the day after i left she found it and brought it to my next address in Santa Fe! I couldn't have been in a better place and with a kinder person in Santa Fe. I very much recommend staying with Patti, if i could i would give 10 hearts for rating my stay with Patti.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
