About the Area
Our house is in an unincorporated area that falls between 3 city's. Tustin, Orange and Santa Ana.
We are about 20 minutes from the Pacifc Ocean and Beach area, 15 Minutes from Orange County Airport (SNA) and 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas.
There is a bus stop 6 minutes walk from the house.
The House is big and in a very safe area. The rooms are big and has a private Balcony. There is a nice big back and front yard. Also there is a pool.

Meals

House Rules
Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the house
Curfew is at 10pm unless discussed and approved by us.
Your room usage is limited to only your use, we do not allow guest over. The bedroom is upstairs, but house access is limited to your assigned bedroom and bathroom.
Stairs and second floor are carpeted, we have a no shoe policy on our carpet. We respect and take pride in our home and ask that you treat it as if it is yours.
You will also have a personal mini fridge upstairs.
Use of front and back yards are okay for personal leisure. We do have a pool that you are welcome to use, we just ask that someone be aware that you are using it, for safety precautions.
We really believe in daily communication in regards to schedule. We will not provide a house key, so we need to know either weekly or daily schedule to ensure someone will be home to give you access.
We are very understanding and reasonable of course; should anything come up we will accommodate you so long as we are aware of the situation.
We like out Privacy and respect yours.
No use of Kitchen.
Must be vaccinated.
Smoking Rules

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
