Hello! We are a married couple with no kids with a room to rent. Our doors are open to respectable clean people from all over the world. Kids are very welcome here. Welcome to our little world!
Our place is warm. Our quiet furnished private bedroom with a shared hallway & bathroom for rent. Includes High speed internet, TV, 1 private parking spot. Our Kitchen, if you like to cook, have at it, just keep it very clean after every use. No Pets. 420 is ok on our outside by the Tree line and with a Medical Card from the USA or your Country of Origin. Front door to remain closed while you smoke your cannabis on our property. We live in a Safe neighborhood tucked away from busy city streets in the hills! No partying in house or in your bedroom or on the front deck.

About the Area
Our Condo is located South of downtown San Jose in the Signal Hill area. Light Rail train is about 1/4 mile from our unit. The bus stop is located down the hill about 400 feet from our unit. Lucky shopping mall is located about 1/4 mile from our unit.

No Pets. No Smoking Tobacco. We live in a Safe neighborhood tucked away from busy city streets! No partying in our house or in your bedroom or on the front deck. 420 is Ok with Medical Card out side only or by the Tree line.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
