hi 你好，c谢谢你阅读我的信息。我英文名叫Sophia 我今年36岁，我的儿子今年读高二，我的先生是一名工程师，我是一名全职的家庭妈妈。我平时也会带着我的孩子学习创业，参加很多很多的课外活动和学校的活动。我热爱烹饪，精通中餐，特别是地道的粤菜，客家菜，湘菜和川菜。我家是一个非常有爱的家庭，我是来自广东东莞的客家人平时讲中文的广东话和普通话，我的孩子和先生讲英文，家里可以健身有跑步机，拉臂机，仰卧机，钢琴等，还可以看多功能电影。我家一年365天从不停中央空调，我的家一年四季是恒温，手机随时调整温度。我家有监控探头所以非常安全，我们的这个区是非常安全的区。我家有比较大的前院和后院一年四季有不同的水果。我的房子大约有8000 feet 5个房间，一楼有三个厅，我们住在这里23年。

About the Area
我们当初选择买这个房子的时候是经过几年的考察经验买的，因为这个地址在旧金山范围内，从三藩市到南湾都是最方便的中心位置。我们到圣何塞机场3.6miles 到旧金山36英里，到三藩市49英里，我们到南边是南圣何塞，北边是 milpitas fremont, 到斯坦福大学17英里开车30分钟，到 cupertino/mountain view/palo alto/sunnyvale/ los altos /Dean Za/santa clara university/ san jose state全部都是20分钟内到达。到costco 6分钟，大华99 五分钟到达，紧挨着680 berryessa出口 靠近880 110 280.到bart berryessa 站2分钟 巴士走路一分钟就在街口，火车站San jose Diridon Staion这个站贯穿全旧金山到我们家只有4英里。这里有 san jose hospital 10分钟，alexander hospital,每周有大型的framer`s market 在great mall，对面就是vinci park走路几分钟就到，4英里就到great mall大型购物中心，到santa cruz 海滩39英里30分钟。

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
