Three bedroom house close to Downtown, quiet, close to bus route. newer house, wood floors, back and front yards. safe and secure. Wife is from the Philippines and teaches English to students from all over the world. 13 year daughter who stay part time and is the top student in her school. A outside cat that love to say hi outside always. Bedroom is nice, nice bed, computer desk, wifi, big screen tv, nice view of the back hidden yard, great place to study or read a nice book, Family when all there are active in sports and beaches, golf, kayaking, fishing, biking.

About the Area
Its very close to downtown, easy bus ride into heart of city, close to mall, many different restaurants, clubs and easy to get anywhere from there on the bus, beach 15 min away. zoon 5 min, seaworld 15 min, TJ 30 min, mountains less than a hour for snow. quiet area, safe and very nice 90% of the year for weather.

House Rules
no smoking, no partys, no guest unless cleared ahead of time. clean room weekly and take care of the house, do your dishes, just try to keep a clean livable space.

I really enjoyed staying there, because they’re so friendly and kind. When I had any questions about San Diego or something, they always helped me.
And location is also nice. There is a close bus station about 10min by walk and we can go to downtown about 20min by that bus.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
