Travel nurse special: Twenty minute drive to Ann Arbor and 30 minute drive to Detroit. Two story home in a quiet, safe, country setting with lots of trees and grass. Very large back yard with deck, full front porch with seating. The room is upstairs and it is a very large bedroom with bed, dresser, TV, desk, internet, microwave, keurig, refrigerator, storage cabinet, self controlled heat and air conditioning (and more), with a full bathroom just a few steps outside of the room. Folding treadmill. Bike trails nearby. Shared small laundry room downstairs. Engineer and Nurse (former travel nurse) owners live downstairs.

About the Area
Our home is located 20 minutes from Ann Arbor and 30 minutes from Detroit. The nearest areas to shop is South Lyon with groceries and a few restaurants, cute shops are located in Northville and Plymouth with 12 Oaks Mall 10 miles from us in Novi. We live least 5 miles from the nearest grocery store but there two small convenience stores within 1-3 miles. If you like grass, trees, peace and serenity this is the place for you. During the winter months, there are lots of winter activities available within a few miles. We are 8 miles from several parks and some lakes with beaches.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Rental agreement signing required. One month's rent due upon arrival and each month must be paid in advance. Shorter stays will require payment in advance. Cancellation for rental will receive written policy. Guest and rental representative will do walk through check prior to and after rental. Renter is responsible for all damages. Credit card, bank or electronic transactions only. Key lock to room. Visitation or guests: up to 2 guests at a time between 9a-9p no overnight guests. No parties. No smoking of any kind. Noise level must be kept within reason with room limited noise after 10pm-9am. Access to yard, deck, front porch per written policy. Will provide more information, please call.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
