I have fully furnished bedroom with WiFi TV and non shared bathroom. Location is approx 22 miles to 5th Street, 4 miles to either 130 or 45 toll roads, approx 20 miles to Samsung, approx 24 miles to Tesla. Shared fridge and pantry. Backyard has a pool with gas grill. I have two indoor cats that do not ever go out, and a grand dog that comes over one full week a month. Non-Smoking only tenants, prefer female tenants. Located under 25 miles to many hospitals, some are 10 miles from my location.

Located in quiet, to me, neighborhood. Close to a lot of shops and local hangouts. Sidewalks allow for walking or jogging safely as you can use the provided sidewalks.

House Rules
No overnight guests that are not on lease. Prefer female only tenants. My pets do not stay in your room or private bathroom and I do not need you to pet sit. No smoking or drugs allowed. I accept cash app and will return funds if cancel within 24 hours. I will keep one days rent if not notified in 24 hours of not moving forward. You will have one side of fridge and freezer, you will have one section in pantry. Washer and dryer available as well. Stocked bathroom minus your personal toiletries. Prefer no pets as I work at home most days and my pets may not get a long with yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
