Hello everyone, I am Elizabeth from Peru and I live in the wild city of New York. The city that never sleeps and I am renting a room in my cozy apartment in Chinatown. This room overlooks the street and has everything you need for you. It is super well located in the central area of Chinatown, where you will find a variety of Chinese and Vietnamese food, just 5 minutes away is Little Italy, full of restaurants and Italian music, SOHO is only 10 minutes away, with its artistic aura and luxury shops.
I travel a lot for work so you might share the apartment with another traveler that like you wants to enjoy NYC !

About the Area
You are close to everything.
If you want to go for a walk, you will find a lot of variety of Chinese or Vietnamese products. If you like Italian food, just walk 5 minutes and you will find famous restaurants that appeared in famous movies like The Sopranos, Little Italy never sleeps always open, if you want to enjoy a spaghetti and a glass of wine. You can also follow the entire Grant St Avenue and you will find cafes and restaurants; you are in SOHO. It is a bit more expensive, but it is worth having a coffee and enjoying a day in the most beautiful part of NYC. If what you like is shopping, you cannot miss Broadway Avenue, you will find all the famous brands at the best prices. If you continue along Grant Avenue, you will reach the Hudson River, I recommend you go to Pier 26, enjoy a walk or watch the sunset if it is summer. Close to where I live is station D, you can go just five stations to Central Park or Brooklyn to the other side. I recommend you visit Bryan Park, 42 St. My favorite place in Manhattan ...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
