"50's + Community: This tranquil, private retreat is paradise tucked away down a privately-owned one lane road. Perfect for a couples getaway, these charming studios boast the perfect view of Lake Belton nestled on a cliff in the quiet community of Morgan's Point Resort. Each studio features a full size and twin bed, each w/ a full bath, a kitchenet, wrap around porch and breathtaking views of Belton Lake! Each studio will accommodate 2 adults, or both together can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults."

About the Area
As you meander down our peaceful; 1 lane; privately owned; tree covered road, you instantly feel the peace and serenity of our quiet retirement community. Our neighbors keep watch over the goings and comings of the vehicles driving through their properties. We ask you to please be respectful and drive the posted 10mph. Our house is tucked away at the end. Although we have neighbors, it feels very secluded.
We are in a private retirement community just outside of the small community or Morgans Point Resort.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

It is important to read all policies as they may not work for your intended use:
*Please include all guests, on reservation page. (No visitors should be on property at any time) unregistered guests are in violation of policies and would be considered a party (and trespassing) and could result in eviction and loss of deposit.
*(max)1 Low Shed HYPOALLERGENIC house-trained dog is welcome with a $10 per day fee, please message me and I will adjust your reservation to accommodate pet.
For safety, convenience and the peaceful, comfort & enjoyment of others we ask that pets are:
On leash outdoors, not left unattended (they bark & whine when they hear other people); up to date on vaccines; flea & tick free and pet refuse picked up.
*We Are On A Cliff. Children under 12 should not be on property.
*Parking is limited to Max of ONE registered vehicle with nothing trailered. Motorcycles prohibited.
*The speed limit on SP Terry is 10 mph.
You must drive through several of our neighbor's private property to reach ours, please respect them by driving the posted speed.
*Early/Late Check-in/out is unavailable.
Same day/next day reservations are not available.
*This property may be shared with others, their quite comfort and enjoyment should be respected as we expect the same from them.
*When you reserve this property, a contract is formed, and you are agreeing to abide by our rules & policies.
Although some are tempted to reserve even if our policies don't fit their plans, for every policy there is a reason, if not multiple reasons. Please do not ignore them; go around them; evade questions; work some system to your benefit; issue threatening comments or ask for exceptions after you arrive. If our policies don't fit with your plans, then this property is not a good fit for your stay (even if it seems perfect) and I respectfully ask you not to reserve.
*Upon reservation a 25% deposit will be needed to keep reservation & for liability claims. Full cash payment to be paid upon arrival, deposit will be mailed to your address (provided there are no claims) within 72 hrs of departure.
*Please note: We live next door.
*You will be covered by Safely Protection plan. Safely may be in touch with you for some additional information to make sure your stay is covered from any unforeseen accidents.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
