My name is Leilanie Panyawai and I am interested in hosting International Students. I had the opportunity to host Chinese and Japanese students in the past and I would like to open my doors again and host students with different culture.
I have a two-storey , 4 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths, living, dining and kitchen areas. There is a laundry room and a small garden in the backyard with fruit trees. At the moment, there is one bedroom available that can be occupied by a student needing a place to stay. We have wifi/internet access and centralized air conditioning.
The room includes a twin size bed; a small closet; computer desk with cabinetry ; bookshelves and cabinet drawer.
My home is centrally located near the hospital, parks; mall; libraries; restaurants; Police and Fire Department Stations; etc.

About the Area
Our house is in the city of Monrovia located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, California. We are about 2 miles walking distance from Monrovia High School and several other public schools nearby. There are also 5 private schools about 5 miles from the house.
Monrovia main roads include Foothill Boulevard and Huntington Drive (historic Route 66). It is also served by the Foothill Freeway (I-210). About 3 miles away is a light rail station called Monrovia Station served by Metro Gold Line. We are in the center of hospital, churches; parks; shopping centers; libraries; museums; etc.

House Rules
No visitors allowed upstairs in the bedroom areas. If there are friends coming over, I would like to know ahead of time and get to know them. They will be responsible for doing light cleaning in their room and they have to pick up after themselves, especially after every bathroom use. If they will use the kitchen to cook, they should be able to clean after each use. I always keep the house clean and I expect them to be respectful of our house rules. There will be curfew of 10:00 pm if the student is in high school and are out with friends or events.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
