Comfortable, quiet, homelike, and ready-to-move-in, this private 2 room apartment has its own entrance, large deck, comes fully furnished, and includes all utilities, WiFi, and onsite laundry.
Your rooms are fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. The private bedroom has a queen, firm deluxe mattress, with a selection of pillows, a dresser/mirror, closet, and work/leisure desk. Towels and linens are included.
From your hall, you have your own large, well equipped bath with 2 sinks (one is modified for kitchen use), and a huge 80” granite vanity/mirror. Next, is the second leisure/work room, comfortably equipped with a couch, book shelves, leisure chair and light, and a spacious work table with printer/copier. Also included is a 32" ROKU TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The apt includes a fully furnished mini-kitchenette suitable for light cooking (no oven or stove) with small microwave, large fridge, plates/utensils/etc., and complete cooking/food prep equipment. Cooking gear includes a cook top, cook-pot, blender, toaster, and more. A "kitchen" sink is in the adjacent bathroom. A gas grill is used outside for high-temp cooking.
At the entrance to your unit you have your own large private deck, with chairs and a table for your personal use.
THERE IS NO GUEST ACCESS TO THE MAIN HOME, OR POOL.

We live in the home. Only the 2 room suite is available for guests, but they have access to the pool/spa, yard, and a shared living room

This spacious, private, and clean 1 BR Apartment is located in a quiet, safe East Los Gatos neighborhood, across the street from a grade school, an open play field, a local park, and hillside hiking trails. Walk to Starbucks, groceries, amenities, and local transportation. Just minutes (by car) to major shopping, restaurants, and downtown Los Gatos. 5 minutes to Highway 85; 20 minutes to downtown San Jose; 25 minutes to Santa Cruz; 1hr to Monterey/Carmel.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
