This home is in Leander about 30 minutes north of austin. It is a Very quiet house, 1 room available queen size bed in Leander 3 minutes to- Devine Lake Park 6 minutes to HEB Plus Starbucks other shops close by Sprouts 15 minutes away. Music and sports venues 15 minutes as well. 30 minutes to the Arboretum. 6 minutes to the train that will take you into Austin!
No excessive drinking, absolutely no drugs, vaping or smoking. Dogs are okay with approval

House Rules
Quiet is the number 1 rule. Phone calls, music, tv with earbuds or low in rooms. Home is perfect for studying, meditation and other peaceful activities. Shoes off in the front hallway. Use the provided dishes, fridge and supplies. Some food may be available but is not regularly prepared by host. Must clean up after yourself in regards to food preparation (short or long stays). For short stays I clean the room and linens afterwards and in between guests. There is a garden and it's growing each year. This year we had herbs, a few veggies and honeydew melon!

Alessandra was super helpful and accommodating during my stay and found a quick solution to the one issue that occurred. I'm looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future!
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
