We are a married couple with one grown up son, who no longer lives at home but comes to visit on the weekend. My husband is a musician and I work full time as a Medical Biller. We live on a fairly quiet road close to nearby public transportation that take us to the city. We live in a two family home, we occupy the second floor. There are two and half bedrooms in total, 1 bathroom, a living room and a medium kitchen with dining table. Access to WIFI is available for free, guest must have their own computer. No pets and plenty hospitality to share with you.
Additional Info: All payments must be in cash at the time of arrival, or can be paid via Pay Pal.
English is the only language spoken in the house. There is street parking pretty readily available.

We do not have a washing machine, but we have laudromat close by $2.50 USD per machine load.

About the Area
Jamaica is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Queens. Our house is located on the south side of the city. We are 10 minutes away from Jamaica Center one of the landmarks of the city. 10 minutes drive from the JFK airport. and 25 minutes from LGA airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are multiple bus option using this stop. We are also close to multiple subway lines. The area is full of trendy cafes, bar and restaurants as well as some nice fashion boutiques.

House Rules
No smoking, drugs and drinking inside our home.
No access into our private space eg: our bedroom.
Loud noise should be kept to a minimum.
No pets allowed inside

Feel free to use the kitchen, just clean up after yourself. No cooking allowed.
I go to bed at 10 pm week days to wake up early for work, so please respect that.
Please when coming from outside, take your shoe off at the door.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
