We are a happy Christian family of 4. My husband works for Stectrum and I am a school teacher. We have 4 kids. Our oldest 28 lives in NY. We have 3 girls ages 16,17 & 24. Our 16 year old lives at home and attends high school. The 17 year old is off to college and our 24 year old got married last October and no longer lives at home. Our home is very neat and clean and a smoke and pet free environment I am allergic to both. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have a large kitchen and separate dining room however, must of our eating happens around the kitchen bar and dinette area or out by the patio. We also have a nice large size family room with a flat screen TV that is usually on. The host room is in the 1st floor and shares a bathroom. The room is fully furnished and has a full side Murphy’s bed. We have beach chairs and toys, which our guest are welcome to borrow during their stay. We are a Christian family.
Nearby there are plenty of restaurant and public transportation as well. We are also near the very famous parks-dale farmers market.
Tampa has a great nightlife, Clearwater, St. Pete have awesome beaches, Brooksville, Crystal River, Weekei Washie, and Tarpon Spring are all very historical and have much to offer.
We are friendly, fun Christian family with plenty of hospitality to share with you. Come join us.

About the Area
Our home is about 15 minutes from the Brandon mall and I-75. It is very close to many colleges and universities as well as fun areas within the Tampa bay area. We are only about 1 hour from Orlando parks. There is a public bus stop across from the subdivision approximately 1/4 miles from the house. You can also pick up an Uber or lifty to take you to other places. Renting a car is also an option but due to the limited parking spots in the home we recommend other modes of transportation.

The family is great! I felt very quick a part of the family. Friendly, helpful and uncomplicated.
The house is very nice and the pool area just beautiful!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
