The Live.laugh.love is a single-family home and was built in 1889, recently remodeled this year of 2019. It contains central, ac/heat, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a new man cave with a bar, beer pong, darts, corn hole, poker table,Karaoke, flush-mounted ceiling speakers, outdoor speakers, 2 fire pits, 3 patios, laser lights, 4 turtles and full-size shuffleboard. Man cave is a shared area, quite times may apply.

Joseph’s place is located in Denver, Colorado, United States.
Great space in Denver that's walking distance to the Santa Fe Arts District (two blocks away), close to downtown (10 minute walk), Denver Health, speer, Broadway is near by (10 minute walk). Parking is easy, and you can get on the freeway a few blocks away to head to the mountains. If you have time, check out a red rocks concert and the Coors factory. Also, you can venture downtown and check out 16th street mall where you can do some shopping, hit up the LoDo bars, like Howl at the moon and 1-UP an arcade bar, or just head down the street to grab a bite to eat of some amazing food at Chuey Fus, after that stop by my favorite family dive bar called THE MONKEY. The view house is a really cool bar it's just not close to downtown and if you're looking for a good Mexican Restaurant go to Hosa O'Shea's in Lakewood!

Getting around
Just a minute's walk to the RTD 10th & Osage train station, and close to most everything downtown.
There is a lot going on in the Santa Fe Art District. Art galleries, restaurants, bars, etc just a block away. On the first Friday of every month, the entire street lights up with people visiting all of the galleries that open up their doors for guests to check out. Food trucks are parked around and you can explore all of the wonderful bites Denver has to offer!
There is a bike station and scooters on every corner almost. Getting around is easy! Use Uber or Lyft to locate a bike or scooter nearest you or just grab a ride and get to most areas within minutes of anyplace you want to go!

House Rules
I have faith in all people to do the right thing. Accidents happen so just let me know right away and ill take care of it, things happen! 420 Friendly inside house and the man cave. No smoking cigarettes in the house or man cave. Smoking cigarettes outside only and please use the ashtrays.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
