Fully Furnished, Private bedroom, living room, dinette,bathroom, kitchenette, pantry(microwave, coffee pot, fridge, light pantry items to get you started like pastry or muffins, coffee, soup, chips, snakc bars, candy, peanut butter, half and half, creamer etc. Items vary)in a brand new home. Televisions in living and bedroom with fire stick and option for cable. Access to kitchen,laundry room at top of stairs- patio and landscaped backyard through gate. Shared entry top of stairs.(Internet, wifi, and trash included)
Option to rent rest of basement now used as playroom, additional $650/month. Anymore than 2ppl please message e to negotiate the additional cost. Ample street parking in front of the house, right off C470 toll
Rd entrance. 7 miles to airport. Shopping/dining golf course within minutes(view of golf course along neighborhood walkways.)Plenty of trails and green space for walking.
I work mainly from home in with my 4 year old. We are quiet, busy with activities. We enjoy listening to music, dancing, cooking and watching shows. When the weather is better we have infrequent small outdoor gatherings which you are welcome to join. We are very clean and looking for someone that will be clean and respectful of the home. If you are looking for a place to have your friends or partners crash and party this is not the place for you. Female preferred. Single part time parents will also be considered (male or female).Background/Credit check is required prior to lease signing. Covid conscious home. Drug Free, No Smoking, vaping, no pets.

We are located in a quiet Golf Course Community. Lovely neighborhood walking/views. Mountains, hiking, greenspace, wild life reserves, national parks, all within reach! Large landscaped backyard with patio space and BBQ, watch the sunset from the back porch, lovely view of the stars at night! Shopping and dining all within a couple minute drive. Two brand new recreation centers with 3-5min drive! Airport within 15min drive. Central location to Brighton, Westminster, Aurora, Denver, Broomfield. Easy Quick access to the C470 toll road gets you anywhere quickly!

House Rules
No Parties or overnight guests. No more than 2 visiting daytime guests. Use of upstairs space is limited to the laundry room and kitchen for cooking. If you are not staying for more than a week please wear a mask in common areas. Wear a mask if you are feeling sick or having cold/flu symptoms. No shoes in the house. Please be respectful of quiet hours after 9pm. Clean up after yourself, return the space in the same condition as when you came in. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
