Come live with a young healthcare professional in the Clinton Township suburbs! This newly renovated home comes fully furnished and includes the following amenities: clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, freezer/fridge, bathroom/shower, and at-home gym in the garage. You get your own separate room and when no one else is renting you get a bathroom all to yourself! (unless 2 people are renting, then you have to share the bathroom). Grocery stores, entertainment, gyms, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute drive. Lawn care, utilities, and fall/winter/spring maintenance/cleaning will be done/paid for by the owner.

About the Area
My house is located very close to I-94, Grocery stores, movie theaters, gyms, shopping centers, and wholesale food stores (Sam's Club and Costco) are all within 10-15 minutes from my house. Clintondale school is 2 minutes from my house. Local parks are abundant and close by with some only a 5-10 minute drive away!

1. Welcome! I am glad you are interested in living at my property! I am an emergency medicine resident looking for hard-working individuals who want to have a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to live while they are working their temporary positions in areas such as seasonal work, travel nursing, or summer internships.
2. House Layout
This is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house that is one story with a garage. It also has a fenced-in backyard with a grill for barbecues and fires in the summer/fall time. My room and bathroom are separate from the bathroom/rooms that you can rent from. If there are two separate renters, you will have to share the bathroom. Asides from my room/bathroom, all other parts of the house are readily accessible to you. I have at-home gym equipment that you can use as well that is placed in the garage.
3. Household supplies
First Aid Kit, Bathroom Essentials
Bathroom essentials will be provided for starter toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, and soap for cleaning your hands. The rest of the restocking of these materials including trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. are items the renter has to purchase/bring themselves.
4. Are there any rules related to guests?
Yes, the tenant may have guests on the Property for no more than 7 consecutive days or 24 days in a calendar year, and no more than two guests per bedroom at any one time. Persons staying more than 7 consecutive days or more than 24 days in any calendar year will NOT be considered original occupants of the Property. Tenant must obtain the prior written approval of Landlord if an invitee of Tenant will be present at the Property for more than 2 consecutive days or 10 days in a calendar year.
5. Kitchen
Appliances. The following appliances will be provided by Landlord: - Stove

The tenant will leave all such items at the end of the term in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the lease term. Items in the house that are of use to the Tenant upon the Property owner's written consent include the smoothie maker/blender, air fryer, and rice cooker.
6. Appliances
The thermostat is on the wall in the longest corridor of the house on the left-hand side when you are coming from the front door you have to turn it to hot/cold for the air temperature to change and then set the temperature accordingly. The washer is in the kitchen (weird I know but that's how the house is set up) and the dryer is in the garage. The electrical breaker is in the garage above the dryer which is to the left once you open the garage door.
7. Garbage
Garbage should be put into the garbage in the kitchen and then when it is full will be brought outside to the garbage bin. Recycling is in a large cardboard box that I bring outside to the recycling bin when full.
8. Parking
Street Parking (I park in the driveway since the garage is made into a gym).
9. Security
It is a Yale lock you will be provided a passcode to open/close the door.
10. Pool/Hot Tub: None (but local gyms such as LA Fitness and Lifetime Fitness have pools and hot tubs).
11. Streaming Services?
I have a TV in the living room, but you would need to set up cable/streaming services.
12. Favorite Local Restaurants
Almost any place around here does delivery through DoorDash including but not limited to: McDonald's, Taco Bell, Embassy Coney Island, Crypto Grill, Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill, Juice Time, and Sweet Water Tavern. Some of my favorite local restaurants are Chipotle, Panda Express, La Saj Lebanese Bistro, and Sahara Mediterranean Grill.
13. Other points of interest
George George Memorial Park, Detroit Zoo, and Downtown Detroit (which is 25-35 minutes away).

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
