Our property boasts beautiful tree lined acreage which backs up to protected wetlands. Nature abounds! This new-build PRIVATE freestanding studio cottage is ideal for the travel professional who enjoys the peace and quiet of the country, but appreciates the convenience of suburban living! Grocery, assorted shopping, entertainment, etc. are within 1.2 miles of our driveway. 2.4 miles to the local urgent care, and 1.4 miles to the closest free-standing ER. The Village is only 4.5 miles with restaurants, bars, community river-walk and park which hosts multiple community events. Just 4.5 miles to Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall, the largest indoor outlet mall in the country. 4.2 miles to Pine Knob Music Theater for outdoor summer concerts, which is also a ski hill for winter sports. Countless public access lakes, hiking and mountain biking trails, state and county parks nearby. All this and less than a 2 mile drive to the highway on ramp, with central access to every hospital system in SE Michigan. Less than 10 minutes to Chrysler HQ for engineers and interns. Great location for a person looking to explore Michigan, as we are within 3 hours drive to every desirable travel destination in the Lower Peninsula. Pure

We have a main house and a guest cottage on the property. We live in the main house. The guest cottage is what is available for rent and is completely separate and private.

No pets. No children. 1 room studio with private bathroom, ensuite laundry, and kitchenette with 2 burner cooktop, small appliances, and full-sized refrigerator.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
