If you are looking for a HOSTEL we are NOT for you. This is a family home! We have hosted students from all over the world at competitive rates. Chicago is a metropolitan city, NOT A SMALL TOWN. As much as we try to offer accommodations at a lower rate, it is unreasonable to offer our home for $19 or $25 a night. We have pets a dog, burmese shepard, and black kitty. Pets are part of our family. They live with us! We all enjoy traveling (especially me though) and have experienced homestays in Mexico and London. Chicago is one of the best cities in the United States, it has lots to offer, from food to fashion (check out Michigan Avenue - the Magnificent Mile). Though we are also a stone's throw away from the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall! A hipster city where you can enjoy our famous Lakefront on a Divi bike! Visit the skyscrapers: John Hancock, The Willis Tower & Trump Tower. Come & see for yourself - what are you waiting for?

Jefferson Park is centrally located and about 10 minutes from O'Hare Airport. Public Transporation is available (CTA - Chicago Transit Authority). There are also Diivvy bikes availble tourists can rent and see the sights.

House Rules
Bascially, pick up after yourself. You use it, put it away, you dirty it, you wash it. Simple rules - and if you stretch your imagination, you can even cook for us! You cook it, we'll eat it!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
