Beverly boasts one of the country's largest historical districts, plus award-winning restaurants and classic Irish Pubs minutes away!

About the Area
Beverly is a visually interesting area of Chicago, in part, because it has a few hills, which is definitely a rarity in the city. If you are familiar with Chicago, then you know that Chicago, while rich in many ways, is one seriously flat area. Located on the South Side of Chicago. Overall, the area is largely Irish, and it is one of the more affluent areas of the city.
One major area highlight is the Beverly Arts Center which is a major hub in the area for all things art, including cinema and dance. The Beverly Arts Center has an impressive art gallery and holds a variety of different and diverse events ranging from wine tastings to live music performances. All of this helps to make the Beverly Arts Center (BAC) consistently draw people from all across Chicago to see a variety of performances. Those looking for cutting edge independent cinema in Chicago will love a trip to the BAC as there is always something interesting playing. In fact, film classes are even offered on site, and film festivals such as the Polish Film Festival in America and the Chicago Irish FIlm Festival have relationships with the BAC.
The 111th Street Morgan Park station for the Metra Rock Island commuter line is only one block away. Less than 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago, this train runs between LaSalle Street station in Chicago and Joliet, Illinois, traveling through the south side of the city and southwest suburbs.

Payment Method:
Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). This 25% will be added to amount owed at checkin.
We prefer payment by PayPal ( Email will be informed after confirming the booking online) or by with local USA bank accounts.
Upon arrival:
Full payment (minus any prior payment made) is required with cash, PayPal or zellepay. Any transaction fees due to PayPal is guest responsibly to pay host upon check in.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation before or upon arrival will not be refunded.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
