House1: Private Room for rent in a beautiful brand new 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. All utilities, cable TV with smart TV box, internet, private parking included. There are other 2 rooms in a different house on a 2nd floor in 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house.
House1: There are 2 bedrooms on a 1st floor and 3 bedrooms on a 2nd floor.
Shared bathroom shared by 2 people only. Brown room 2nd floor has private bathroom. 3 Bedrooms on a 2nd floor have minifridge and microwave in a room. Small kitchen and living room are shared. First and 2nd floors have separate entrances. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, washer and dryer are in a basement.
House2: There are 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom on a 2nd floor. No kitchen is included with this reservation, because an owners lives on a 1st floor, but fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster are in a room. Laundromat is down the street. 2 friendly chihuahuas on a 1st floor.
Houses are located in a quiet neighborhood area, but 2 min driving to highway, 5 min to Central park, mall and 3 supermarkets. There is a public park, restaurants and grocery store in 5 min walking distance.

About the Area
My place is 5 min to center park. Beautiful quite area. Walking distance to restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples and families - 5 min walking distance to park, playground. Highway 95 is 2 min driving. House located on exit 34. On exit 33, 35, 36, there are big supermarkets. Exit 32 is Burlington Mall. Movie theaters on exit 32 and 35. 20 min from Boston. 40 min to New Hampshire.

Excellent stay! Lilia's place was clean, accommodated Covid19 procedures, access to laundry, coffee, etc, private bath, and great location! Definitely a recommended stay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
