A big house with a huge pool on a half acre land in Altadena, which is the upper part of Pasadena, located in Eaton Canyon area, walking distance to the Eaton Canyon National Park. Single mum with a 21 year old daughter who is attending college and a 1 year old dog live here. Mum is working from home. Currently hosting 2 international high school students, have 2 more rooms available. Able to be legal guardians. close to EF Academy Pasadena, Maranatha High School, Waldorf Pasadena, La Selle, Alverno Heights Academy, Flinteidge Preparatory School, Polytechnic School, Art Center, JPL 帕萨迪纳泳池豪宅有新加建的两卧室可以承接寄宿生，可以做法定监护人，房主是90年代初大陆来美的留学生金融专业，非专业护士，半退休在家，可辅导作业。 近很多学校 Maranatha High School, St Andrew’s Catholic School, La Selle, EF Academy, Cal Tec, PCC, Art Center, Polytechnic School, Flintridge Prep School, Alvero High School. 等等

About the Area
Our house in located next to the Eaton Canyon National Park, the park entrance is 5 minutes walk. It is 5 minutes from freeway 210 & 134, it's 10 minutes from old town Pasadena, Caltech, Huntington Library, Santa Anita Mall and the Rose Bowl Park.
House is at the end of a cal-de-sac, with only 4 neighbors in this private street. It is surrounded by big mature trees and it's in very prestige neighborhood, very safe and quiet.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
