Two fully furnished, private bedrooms available in a 3bd / 2.5ba townhome.
Amazing Location:

* 4 min to Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Regal Cinema, CVS, Barnes and Noble.
* 10 min to Laguna Beach.
* 15 minutes to Irvine Spectrum and Fashion Island shopping malls.
Fully Furnished Accommodation:
The rooms are furnished with a single bed, desk, desk chair, lamp, and closet. The rooms share one full bathroom. Additional 1/2 bath is also available to the students. Plenty of street parking. In-unit laundry. Fully furnished kitchen and living areas.
Young, Fun Hosts:
The master bedroom is occupied by Jaz (32) & Seb (33) who have been married for 8 years and their 11 year old chihuahua, a sweet family dog. We invite our students to join us in most of the weekend activities we plan (beach, day trips, walks, board games, boba runs, going to the movies, grabbing ice cream, going on hikes, etc). You're more than welcome to join or not. On weekdays we like to enjoy dinner together so we can catch up on the day.

About the Area
Our home is in a quiet bedroom community in Aliso Viejo. We are conveniently located next to the Hwy-73 onramp which provides easy and quick access to UCI (9 minutes), Irvine Spectrum Mall (15 minutes) and Fashion Island Mall (15 minutes). Town Center, a large retail center, is located 3 minutes away (Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Chipotle, Edwards Movie Theater, Barnes and Nobles, CVS, etc). We are 15 minutes away from three hospitals (Hoag Irvine, Providence Mission, Memorial Care Saddelback).

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Not allowed:
- Alcohol, drugs, smoking are not allowed.
- Student guests are welcome when the hosts are home but not allowed when hosts are not home.
- Entering the master bedroom without permission is not allowed.
Bedtime
- Quiet time starts at 10pm on school nights.
Food
- Eating meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the bedroom is not permitted. Meals can only be eaten downstairs.
- After you’re done eating, rinse dishes and place settings in the sink and put them in the dishwasher.
Chores
- Hang wet towels after showering in bathroom
- Put dirty clothes in laundry basket in your closet
- Put trash in your bedroom trash bins
- 1x per week: vacuum/organize your own bedroom, clean your mirror with windex, place your trash outside your door
- Do your clothing laundry 1x time per week
Bathroom
- Shower once a day, if you do sports shower right after sports.
- Flush only toilet paper in the toilet
Activities
- Before leaving home at night, you must communicate to hosts where you will be going.
- Curfew is 11pm for students under 18 years old.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
