I have ONE/1 ROOM in a 2-Bedroom available in Alameda, at a NICE Apartment Complex. I've been living here for more than 2 years and I Love it--- Perfect for a Traveling Nurse or similar situation!

About Me: Great roommate. Easy-Going... pretty 'Chill... I get along with pretty much anyone, any age. I'm a Maintenance Technician in the Bay Area. Very Outdoor-sy type of guy. Usually go Mountain Biking on the weekends, or take road trips to Lakes. I go out sometimes on weekends (nightlife). I believe in Communication. Having an Environment where we can resolve anything with Communication (good, Fair, & Honest Communication) ... You should feel at good where you live, and Open communication is the key..

About the Area
The Apartment is located on the West side of Alameda. Walking distance to a Shopping Center with Target, a Supermarket, and restaurants. Its 6 minutes to the Freeway, 8 minutes to Alameda Beach, 16 minutes to Oakland Airport, and 35 minutes to SFO airport. Very Nice neighborhood; very safe. ALot of families live here.

House Rules
Clean up after yourself, always. Participate in household chores. We do a rotation of chores. Keep overnight guests to a minimum. No more than 1 night of stay for any of your overnight guests. NO loud music after 11 pm. Good communication is essential. Keep it a drama-Free environment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
