situated in quiet but friendly Southwick, Brighton. Right next to the beautiful green , 8 mins walk from the sea and 15 mins walk from the downs. The flat is 6 minutes walk to Southwick station and 12 mins ride into cultural, fun Brighton and the same to Worthing, for London change at Hove. 7 minute walk to coastline 700 bus stop, 46 bus stop 1 min away. There is free parking to be found close by.
All mod cons such as washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer. Large kitchen and lounge/dining area, tv with Netflix and fast wifi incl. Double furnished bedroom with a view of the downs with comfortable barely used bed, 2 wardrobes & a chest of draws. Bedding & towels provided if required. Use of the patio which is sunny most of the day in the summer.
The shops are on your doorstep and range from the co-op to green grocers, butchers, award winning bakers, Chinese super market, specialist chocolate shop, flourist. Cafes on Southwick Square and at the port and seafront, an Italian restaurant, a couple of takeaways and a few good charity shops, convience shops, a few pubs close by also over looking the port.
Looking for an another lady who is tidy, clean and respectful of others to share this bright and roomy flat.
I am a fine art painter and massage therapist. Am out at my painting studio in Portslade most of the week and quite a bit at the weekend. Would be lovely to have a friendly face about the flat. I like to be out quite a lot meeting up with friends or going to private views in central Brighton. I also run & workout regularly.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
