My self and my son are here all of the time and my husband works a way he comes home every 2/3 months Richard my son is 19 I also have other children and 6 grandchildren who do come round at times especially to use the pool so it can sometimes be hectic other times very quiet
The nearest city is chichester 9 miles away there is a good bus service leaving every 15 minutes.
Bognor Regis is15/20 mins away
Portsmouth and the historic dockyard is apron 45 mind away
Arundel castle is apron 45 mind to an hour away and Brighton 1 hour away
London apron 1 hour 45 mind from chichester
Selsey has a caravan park we have beach on 3 sides as we are a peninsular it is a pebble beach and has the character of fishing boats
The beach is 8 mind max from the house and a park and a duck pond
The pool in the garden is available for use in the summer
We are in an ideal location for goodwood ie the revival , festival of speed and more

About the Area
we are on the east side of selsey. selsey is a peninsular which is 9 miles from Chichester where there is the cathedral cinemas and shops train station , 20 miles from Portsmouth with the historic naval base and lots more 25 miles to Brighton in Chichester there are lots of restaurants cinema complex bowling. there are lots of nature reserves Chichester harbour lots of cafes and bars around and local pubs
My road is very quiet there is also a caravan park on the west side of selsey which has a gym and pool facilities that locals can use. Arundel is another beautiful place about 18 miles aprox with its castle and lakes ,
WE are also 20/25 mins away from good wood which holds the festival of speed and the revival and lots of other events.

Teresa was an excellent host. The room was great, clean tidy, with everything you might need. Teresa was keen to offer advice on local places to eat an evening meal and to make sure that we had everything we wanted during our stay. There was a good selection of different things for breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.

I stayed just for one night which was nice and comfortable had a great nights sleep. Teresa was very hospitable and made me feel very welcome, would definitely visit again if I am back in the area.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
