I live in the village of Huthwaite in Nottinghamshire in the edge of beautiful rural Derbyshire.
Being a pet lover and pet shop supply owner i have a small menagerie of my own pets at home. I have 3 small dog that go every where with me including to work . No need to worry about allergies as none malt so regular trips the the salon. They are called Poppy, Coco and Eurmintrude, also 2 elderly cats , Pipkin and Grumble.
There is a large garden to the rear with chickens and my rabbit Bunny. so fresh egg's daily most of the year round.

Also the the rear of the house is a patio witch is perfect in summer to sit and relax in the sun.

With living on the border of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire all local towns and city's are easy accessible for days and nights out. Also there is a vast variety of restaurants and Pub throughout both county's via public transport if you choose to not drive.
There is a cinema, theater, Pubs, club's and restaurants in a neighboring market town of Mansfield if you choose to stay closer to base for your entertainment.

With having a family size kitchen/diner you can help your self to breakfast and relax looking out threw the window at green fields. I do enjoy cooking meals from time to time in the evenings to help me relax so please let me know if you wish to have an evening meal with me.

BUT don't forget that you will be staying in the legendary Robin Hood County.

My home is a spaces 3 bed semi-detached family home
My home is ideally situated close to J28 on the M1 and East Midlands Airport as well as good public transport by bus and train.

My home is located just off j28 of M1 on the Nottinghamshire border with Derbyshire providing great assess to some of the most beautiful countryside and historical venues in England. Including Lord Bryan's home "Newstead Abby" Chatsworth House, Hardwick Hall to name but a few.

Huthwaite is a large parish type village in rural Nottinghamshire. In the center of the village you will find an array of shops including a post-office, Peacock Public House who do food, tack-a-ways and 2 very good Indian restaurants.

Further on the main road there is a library, farm shop selling local grown (season permitting) fruit and veg, my shop " poppy's Pet Shop. AS you go further towards the town of Sutton-in-Ashfield you find on your way second hand /antique shop , vintage record shop.
The Traveler's Rest just before town, serving exultant home cooked meals.

The city's of Nottingham and the Legend of ROBBIN HOOD, Derby and Sheffield are accessible via public transport so are neighbouring market towns of Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, Mansfield. If you with to go in the derbyshire shopping then you can access public transport from village to Clay Cross and if you choose go on the the historical Town of Chesterfield and shop in a beautiful old town and see the " Crooked Spire"

Situated with in Huthwaite is Brierley Forest Park. This is a man made park that is now a haven for wildlife and managed well by volunteers and local authority. They boast a fishing club, visitors center and small cafe, You can also walk for many an hour as all views at the park of different varying from the tranquil breeze by the pond, view of the wind farm over in Rainworth to a picture perfect view of Hardwick Hall. I have lost myself many a time walking with my dogs for a few hours an on fine day.
