It's a nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious Living room etc. Very friendly and great hospitality. I live at the property , Am a professional in my field of work and also work from home and am available to offer guidance and advice to guests. Guests are free to smoke on the balcony.

Guest can smoke outside on the balcony. No one is allowed to smoke inside the property. Guest feel free to go in the kitchen to make Tea/Coffee or light food if they wish to. Guest can watch TV in the living room if they wish to. Tidy after yourselves as you'll like yours to be kept tidy. Treat the place with respect

Charles is a very generous and easygoing host. He was on holiday for the 5 nights I was staying at his flat but, he made sure I didn't have to wait long to receive a key and gave me a tour using video call to make sure I understood how the flat works. It ain't much but it's got everything you need. It could have been cleaner and the bed could do with a mattress topper but I didn't have much time to care due to being busy with long days out. Having somewhere so cheap and cheerful made a big difference to my ability to visit the city in peace of mind. When I did meet Charles on the morning I was leaving, he made me feel very welcome and we enjoyed an excited chat about many things.

Everything is perfect! Charles welcomed me very well with the traditional food in his country and
his kindness. The flat is very clean as you see in the pictures and it is comfortable to stay!

Great place to stay, stayed here for 2 nights with a friend and host was accommodating and friendly. Felt very comfortable and easy access to city centre
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
