The bathroom, living room and kitchen is shared. You have half access to kitchen (use only microwave, toaster, kettle and sink) and living room. You will stay here with the 2 hosts, a couple: Szilvia and Gabor. They are both professionals.

About the Area
Our home is located in West Thamesmead, between Woolwich Riverside and Central Thamesmead.
Thamesmead’s landscape creates a sense of escape, away from the hustle and bustle of London. The area’s green spaces, waterways and lakes is at the heart of everyday life, providing space to play and breathe in a healthy environment.
Foxglove Path is 30 minutes drive from London City Airport and located a few minutes walk from River Thames. The path is a part of a big park named Gallions Park, which has some hill, a lovely canal next to our building, a big lake with wild birds and many of the young built family homes. We are a short walk from a Tesco Express, where you can find also a general practice of doctors, a takeaway pizzeria & a traditional English pub. If you take a lovely walk, 30 minutes on Thames Path (highly recommended) or take a bus on end of the street for 10 minutes, you can get into the nearest city center, which is called Central Woolwich, Woolwich Arsenal. You’ll find there lovely restaurants, pubs, snack bars, bigger and smaller groceries, banks, gym, markets and a long shopping street.

- Please be sensitive to other people in the flat, especially regarding noise late at night.
- Good manners, cleanliness and good hygiene is very important and is expected from everyone living in the flat.
- If you lose the key you will have to pay for replacing that (£35).
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
- A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a PayPal/Revolut payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
