I live in a leafy suburb of Liverpool close to a large park in a quite road.
Our family consists of myself, my wife Jeanette and my six year old son Charlie.
We like to do family things like walking, cycling, cooking and playing board games. We love meeting new people and getting to learn about new cultures.
We have a little sag called Rosie now who is very friendly and likes to be the first to greet our guests.
We have hosted all kinds of guests in the past, and look forward to hosting all kinds of guests: football fans (both Liverpool FC and Everton FC fans), families, fans of The Beatles, students attending Liverpool University or The Royal Liverpool University Hospital, guests looking for accommodation for hen parties and stag parties , and plenty more besides!
Our home is just a few miles from both Anfield Stadium for Liverpool FC fans, and from Goodison Park, the Everton FC Stadium. So, we are the perfect place for football fans and supporters.
We are well connected to transport to the city centre also, perfect for fans of The Beatles! Our guests have been delighted by the Beatles tours on offer in Liverpool. You can visit statues of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Star, and walk the streets of the city that The Beatles grew up in!
By the docks in the city, you can take in the delights of The Beatles Story - where The Beatles' lives and times are told through memorabilia, interactive exhibits and high-tech displays.
We are also the perfect spot for student accommodation in Liverpool. We are located 20 minutes away from both the University of Liverpool and the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

We are close to the city centre which boasts an array of attractions for fans of The Fab Four, with The Beatles tours being very frequent.

Great place to stay. Bus into city centre 5min walk away busses run about every 10 minutes all day, all week tkts can be bought on the bus, change given so don't need exact money. Ken was a great host very welcoming. Tea coffee and breakfast cereals, toast etc available which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend and would definitely book again when in Liverpool.

My partner had to stay in hospital for two weeks so being on my own I went for a homestay so glad I did, what a lovely family x

Ken and his family were very kind and made me feel like I was in my house.The house was very cozy and there was no discomfort at all.It takes only about 15 minutes to get the downtown by bus. Thank you so much, Ken.

Not bad - Ken friendly enough but I never met his wife or son at all in 3 days, a little odd but then I was out and about mostly. I think I ate some of the wrong breakfast as the 'basket' guest breakfast wasn't pointed out on arrival. But all said, nice room and quiet neighbourhood close to frequent bus service to the city centre. Liverpool j'adore!

So sorry to hear your stay wasn't up to the standard you expect. Breakfast was included as a gesture of goodwill on our part and there was no wrong breakfast as you were welcome to anything in the house as our guest. Sadly due to you getting up late and coming home late you were unable to properly meet my family. If you were unsure of anything you had my number and could have called me anytime. I wish you all the best and thank you for your stay.

Ken has a lovely family and they were very nice and warm welcoming people in s very nice and serene neighborhood. They made the home like you were in yours. They provided breakfast, you had liberty to cook what you want, change bed spreads as often as you want, provided guides to Liverpool, wide range of movies and series and above all, you never needed to worry about Internet at home when they provided you with nice wifi. Basically They provided everything even bathing gel and toothpaste. Privacy is one major thing they gave as they didn't disturb me in my room through out.
I believe anyone going to Liverpool should definitely stay with them. You would never wanna leave.

Very tidy and comfortable house, with a direct bus to the city centre. The owners are kind and hospitable. Very nice kids! Highly recommended
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
