We live in a big Victorian house with big front and back gardens. The house has a central heating system and quite modernly decorated. I ,my husband and our two sons ( 15 and 9 years old ) live in this lovely house. It has a good location as it is close to the city center ( 5 minutes by bus ) and the universities. Also supermarkets,library,surgeries, restaurants and parks are walking distance from our house.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quite and safe suburb. We are 3 km from the city center and only 15 minute drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house.

House Rules
We have two little sons therefore we do not want our guests to be very noisy night time. We are a very friendly family and we would also prefer friendly people. The hygiene is important to us therefore we would like our guests to be clean and tidy. We do not eat pork .

Notre fils Oscar est resté 50 jours chez Ozlem, tout s'est très bien passé, il s'est senti comme à la maison, Ozlem et sa famille sont très accueillants, les repas étaient délicieux et il avait une très grande chambre, l'emplacement dans Leeds est idéal. Pour nous, la communication avec Ozlem a toujours été facile et agréable. Voilà une famille d'accueil bienveillante, nous avons tout de suite senti que notre fils y serait bien et passerait un très bon séjour.

Our son Oscar stayed 50 days at Ozlem, everything went very well, he felt at home, Ozlem and his family are very welcoming, the meals were delicious and he had a very large room, the location in Leeds is ideal. For us, communication with Ozlem has always been easy and pleasant. Here is a benevolent host family, we immediately felt that our son would be well there and would have a very good stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
