Your bedroom itself overlooks The Barclay Church and is a large and bright single room. There is a Jamaican handmade bamboo bunk bed.
The bed it is very comfortable and top quality. The shower room includes a powerful shower, a bidet and underfloor heating.
Towels, hairdryer and Wi-Fi provided.
Minimum of two nights stay.
You will be sharing this flat with us, a Jamaican Dad, an Italian Mamma, an English girl, a Scottish boy and three cats who live mostly outdoors.
This is a relaxed house, and we very much hope that you will feel comfortable and at home during your stay.
The flat is non-smoking, yet you may smoke outside.
We also request for you to provide full names of all guests who are checking in when you book the room.

About the Area
We are in the heart of Edinburgh, less than 15 minutes walking distance to the Royal Mile across people’s park called The Meadows (2 minutes walking distance). The neighborhood is vibrant with cafes, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. We are close to the canal (where there are lots of water sports going on), a gym, theaters, cinemas, music halls, and everything else Edinburgh does so well. Here are great bus connections to various parts of town and to the airport. However, most Edinburgh sights are walking distance. Most importantly, this is a great location to be in for the Festivals in August!Private own en-suite. Reliable and fast WiFi.

Keep the noise level to a minimum after 21h00. Please keep the communal areas - lounge, bathroom as clean and tidy as you find them. Please help yourself to tea and coffee. Contact me if you want to arrange any meals other than breakfast.

I had a fantastic Homestay experience with Will and Ve, you feel like you are in your home. The home is in a perfect location, close to city center of Edinburgh.
I had a very interesting conversation with them and the other guest which made for a great social stay on an otherwise work trip to Edinburgh.
I would recommend staying with at any stage.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
