Large family home in Edinburgh
We live on a quite road in the leafy suburb of Fairmilehead Edinburgh.
The flat is attached to the side of our house and is completely private. You will have a fully serviced 1 bedroom flat with seperate lounge, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
We are a family of 4 ( 19 year old twin boys) one now living in Glasgow.
The flat is very modern and has just been completly redecorated with a new kitchen. We are on a main bus route which covers the whole of the city and there are buses which run every 15 mins to Edinburgh city centre, The popular Morningside area where there is plenty of shops bars and restaurants is a 10 to 15 min walk. The Flat is close to Napier / Edinburgh Universities, the Airport and Edinburgh Royal Infurmary. There is a large garden to the front and rear with outside bar and BBQ. I enjoy cooking and entertaining so plenty of hospitality to share. Private parking.

Our house is located on the south side of Edinburgh in a suburb called Fairmilehead.
It is 4 miles from the city centre and a 10 minutes drive from the Airport.
The bus stop is a 2 min walk from the house with lots of options which cover the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
