Professional female, non smoker, no pets, has a one bedroom with double sofa bed and wardrobe available for short term or long term stay depending on requirements and availability. Ideally Monday - Friday let, but willing to consider Monday - Saturday depending on circumstances. Based in between Croydon and Purley Way my home is on a quiet street approximately 35 minutes to the City and 45 to Central London, fairly suburb but easily accessible by bus, tram or train to all areas of London. Brighton and the beach is about 1 hour by train.

I am a very chilled and relaxed individual. I work from home a few days a week and like to keep all areas of my home clean and tidy. My interests are keeping fit, running, theatre, reading and travel.
A deposit will be required up front, along with references if you would like to be considered for a long term stay.
Bills are included in the price, £170 pw / £700 pcm.

About the Area
My home is located in between Croydon and Purley Way. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and the tram station is an 8 minute walk. Trams go into Wimbledon, West Croydon, East Croydon, Mitcham Junction where you can pick up interconnecting links to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Waterloo, Brighton, Gatwick and Central London. I am a 30 minute drive from the airport and 1 hour away from Brighton Beach.

Purley Way has Vue Cinema, IKEA, various restaurants and a gym. Ampere Way is two tram stops from my home.

Meals

Ce fût un séjour très agréable et j'ai été très bien accueilli (Michelle avait même fait quelques courses pour que je ne meurs pas de faim). C'est une Hôte avec une maison très hygiénique, très respectueuse et elle vous met à l'aise. J'avais mon indépendance et elle n'est pas à cheval sur l'heure de rentrée donc ça va ! Je n'ai eu aucun problème et le quartier est assez bien desservi en transport (5min de la station de bus et 6min du tramway).
Lors de votre séjour, je vous supplie de lui apporter un souvenir de votre pays Car elle le mérite amplement.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
