Detached Family Home in residential area of Birmingham
Our family lives in the north of Birmingham city, we have a 5 bed house in a very leafy part of the city. I have 2 daughters aged 28and 15yrs, a cat and a. We have a large kitchen dinner, downstairs shower room and toilet for guest, utility area with washing machine and dryer. We have 2 spacious living area, with high speed broadband tv and a conservatory. We have x 2 guest room a double and a single room. Both guest rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral colours and have facilities of bed, wardrobe, dresser and side table, Internet access is available. The garden has a pond with outside seating sunbathing and BBQ area. Our home is facing open park land, which has agility and exercise machine on site.
There are local convenience shop less than 5 minutes walk from the home, a short bus ride to restaurants, public library, gym and leisure centre and shopping mall. We are conveniently placed for public transport links for bus and train which is a short walk from the address and having direct access to the city centre in less than 20 mins.

About the Area
Our home is located on the North side of the city, in a quiet and safe suburb. It has a history of being a village with historical buildings.
We are approx 3miles from the city center, and 20 minutes drive from the airport.
the bus stop is less than 1 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. There is also a train service within 10 minutes walk. From our home universities within Birmingham are easily assessable.

Please keep our home secure and double lock the front door when entering and leaving.
Please do not adjust the heat setting yourself, ask me and i will happily do it for you.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
keep noise to a minimum after 12-00pm
Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
