Victorian house with a small single room and single bed. Walking distance to Town, Ashford International for Eurostar and trains to Canterbury, Dover, etc. The Curious Brewery, Ashford School/ College / Designer Outlet, Victoria Park, Stour Leisure Centre, Pubs and Supermarkets are walkable too. The William Harvey Hospital is approx 25mins on the bus from Ashford IntL. Parking is on the street which is often full of cars, so you may have to park further away from the house.
Additional Info: I provide short/medium/long term homestay. Would suit dayworkers/students/tourists. Check in time is from 5pm-9pm. Check out time is by 10am. Please have photo I.D. for identification. Payment in full on day of arrival.

House is located in South Ashford. It is on a road which is not far from Town, Ashford International, Designer Outlet, Ashford College/School, Pub, Fast foods and Supermarkets. It is approx 3minutes walk to the bus stops, and approx 10minutes walk to Ashford international station.

COVID remains a concern. Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell. Please practice social distancing while in my home. Keep your bedroom door closed. You may open the window to ventilate your room.
You are welcome to share the upstairs bathroom, garden, kitchen, and dinning table. Crockery in the brown cupboard in kitchen is available for your use and a small fridge is available for your sole use.
Clean up after yourself. Use Energy and Water wisely. It is £5 per wash to use washing machine (No Dryer). Better to use launderette in town. No illegal use of internet. No drunken behaviour. No unauthorized visitors or use of my address. Lock the front door on entering and leaving the house. My husband smokes. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Enjoy your stay.

Sophia and her husband are fantastic people. Very warm, friendly and open. Had a fantastic stay with all i needed. I do recommend them for others.

Sophia is a very lovely person. Staying with her was great. A breakfast is provided each morning. Her house is close to the city centre. When you are visiting Sophia you will receive warm welcome.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
