I live in Addlestone, a small town which lies between Chertsey, Weybridge and Ottershaw.
I am a qualified and experienced maths teacher. I am currently a self-employed maths tutor. I live alone with occasional visits from my son and regular visits from my partner. My home is a two-bed Victorian semi-detached house in a quiet residential road with a good-size well-maintained garden accommodating a garden cabin, barbecues and various garden furniture.
I occasionally have friends and family over for barbecues. I love to entertain although due to recent events this has taken a back seat. I have discovered a love of upcycling and spend hours every week trying to recycle and reinvent unwanted items. I like to keep fit and spend regular amounts of time hoola hooping in the garden, and occasionally rollerskating.

About the Area
My house is a 15 minute walk from the High Street and shopping centre, with supermarkets, i.e. Tescos and Waitrose, banks, post office, pharmacies, fast food chains, popular restaurants, a gym and a cinema complex . The local station provides links to SouthWest Trains London Waterloo to the East and Reading to the East. Local buses provides links to Weybridge and Chertsey Town Centres. The M25 motorway is close by providing road links to London and Guildford and beyond. Canal walks and parks give superb access to recreational areas.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
My home is generally quiet. I ask that my guest is considerate to neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 7am.
Never keep food items in your room. I am quite happy to allocate cupboard space in the kitchen upon request.
Always double lock the front door and lock all external doors and windows when leaving the house.
You should treat the home as your own, so if you would like to cook please make sure you clean up afterwards.
Never leave the appliances on when you leave the house, eg oven, iron, curling tongs.
Never invite strangers back without my consent. Please let me know if you would like a friend to visit in advance.
Most importantly, please enjoy your stay!

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
