My name is Lola and I live in a beautiful house in Seville aljarafe 16 kl city. It is the highest area of the province of Seville with my husband Peter. Lovers of outdoor sports like hiking in the area, jogging, biking or horseback riding in the nearby equestrian different schools ... in a natural setting with olive groves outside our house, we enjoy a unique silence and tranquility , we also have a large garden at our house, where we take the sun and barbecues with friends.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor 2 bright bathrooms and 2 terraces.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen and the living room TV. We are lovers of outdoor sports and go to the gym 3 times a week also love going to the beach of Huelva that we have 45 minutes from home, we'll all week.

About the Area
Our house is located in a southerly direction to 16 kl. Seville Capital in the countryside of Aljarafe an incomparable natural setting surrounded by olive groves. in a private complex with gardens playground and maximum safety. The bus stop that takes you to the city center is only 5 minutes walk from the house and takes 30 minutes to arrive at a frequency of 15 minutes. We have typical bars nearby villages with much youthful atmosphere, trendy shops, supermarkets.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
