Os ofrecemos un estudio dentro de nuestro hogar (Somos padre, mi hija de 21 años y mi hijo 16 años) . El edificio tiene portero y dos ascensores y estarás en el centro de la ciudad.
We offer you an apartment inside our home (we're father and my 21 year daughter and 16 year kid). The building has a doorman and two elevators and you will be in the city center.
Tu apartamento esta formado por una habitación con televisión (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+), cuarto de baño y sala de estar con cocina que suman unos 20m2.
Your apartment consists of a room with tv (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+), bathroom and living room with kitchen that total about 20m2.
El edificio se encuentra enfrente del parque de la Alameda varias opciones de parking. En menos de 2 minutos tienes el centro histórico, restaurantes y supermercados.
The building is in front of the Alameda Park several parking options. In less than 2 minutes you have the historic center, restaurants and supermarkets.

About the Area
Pontevedra es una ciudad básicamente peatonal, pero tenemos un parquing de pago justo en frente con una tarifa de un día por 6€.
Tanto la estación de trenes, como la de autobuses están a 20 minutos andando (relativo a cada uno :-)
Si llegas en avión, los aeropuertos más cercanos son:
- Vigo: conexión por tren y autobús (35 minutos)
- Santiago: conexión por tren y a autobús (60 minutos)
- Oporto: conexión por autobús directo Aeropuerto-Pontevedra (3/4 horas) desde 7€
Pontevedra is basically a pedestrian city, but we have a paid car park just in front with a one-day fee by € 6.
Both the train station and the bus station are a 20 minute walk away (relative to each one :-)
If you arrive by plane, the closest airports are:
- Vigo: connection by train and bus (35 minutes)
- Santiago: connection by train and bus (60 minutes)
- Porto: direct bus connection Airport-Pontevedra (3/4 hours) from € 7

House Rules
You can enjoy of your independence with limits. It's a family house and you can bring some friends to stay but not parties. Your place will be cleaned every week but it's your responsibility its daily care.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
