This summer, I'll be celebrating my 38th birthday as a solo dweller, accompanied part-time by my furry friend, Harvey. Originally from Sweden, I've made Palma my home for over a decade. Offering a contemporary bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a newly renovated shower from 2023, right in the heart of City Palma. Conveniently located, it's just a 7-minute stroll to the city beach and a mere 10-minute walk away from the charming old town of Palma. Additionally, there's a small balcony in the room, and during pleasant weather in the summer, access to the roof terrace is possible for a relaxing experience.

Respect Personal Space: Please respect my personal space and belongings within the bedroom and bathroom.
No Unauthorized Guests: For security and privacy reasons, please do not bring any unauthorized guests into the premises without prior approval.
Keep Noise Levels Down: Respect quiet hours, especially during late evenings and early mornings, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the vicinity.
Maintain Cleanliness: Kindly clean up after yourself in the bedroom and bathroom. Leave these spaces as tidy as you found them.
No Smoking or Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, and pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.
Respect Property and Amenities: Please use the provided amenities with care and refrain from causing any damage to the property or its belongings.
Follow House Rules: Adhere to any additional house rules provided upon arrival to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone involved.
Respect Privacy: Respect my privacy as your host, and do not enter any restricted areas without permission.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
