Nice two floor- country house near Madrid in a 1000 m2 parcel with a garden, two parlours, a big saloon, swimming pool (available from May to September included) and a vegetable garden.
Very independent and relaxing. Linked to Madrid and Alcalá de Henares by bus. Available rooms for one and two persons. Ideal for resting or studying.
Very good basis to discover central Spain. Madrid, El Escorial, Valle de los Caídos, Toledo, Segovia, Alcalá de Henares, Cuenca can be visited in one day round trip. Further details will be provided to visitors.

About the Area
The house is locate in Nuevo Baztan, a small village close to Madrid and Alcala de Henares. This is an unifamiliar houses suburb called Eurovillas.
There are several bus lines connecting Madrid, 261 intercity bus, 321 bus connecting with Arganda del Rey and 260 connecting with Alcala de Henares.

This is not a hotel, it is a home and while you are in it, it is your home. So please behave like in your real home.
Be respectful with other visitors, household and owner. Keep clean and tidy the room during the stay and leave it in similar status as it was taken. You will be provided with all neccessary stuffs.
Use the kitchen and the common spaces to eat, don't eat in the room. Keep the kitchen when used in good state.
Keep household as you would like to find it.
It is allowed to smoke at the patio or outside the house.
If arrival is on weekend it is possible give you a lift from the airport.
Payment: 15% at the reserve acomplishment and the rest in cash at the arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
