We are Isaac and Josy, lifelong friends who share a cozy space near the heart of Madrid. In our well-kept 80m2 apartment, you will find a friendly and fully equipped environment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen open to the living room with direct access to the terrace. The modern decoration in a comfortable environment will give you a unique experience during your visit to the vibrant city of Madrid.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the southern area of Madrid capital, a strategic location that allows easy access to any part of Madrid and transport connections in the city.
We are a 3-minute walk from the Renfe stations C-2, C-7 and C-8, with direct connection to the Atocha Central Station in just 4 minutes from Renfe, buses 24, 111, 103 and 144, highways M -30 and M-40.
If you prefer to rent a bicycle, we have city council bicycles that are available to be rented by ¨BiciMadrid¨ at very affordable prices, which also allows you to go out on a bicycle or even walk around Madrid on foot.

In order for us all to always be well at home, I have some requests:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. so as not to disturb other residents.
- Who doesn't like to be in an environment that is always clean and organized? Here you will find! We ask our guests that after using anything in our home, they leave it in the same condition it was found.
- When you return from the Madrid parties you will find the silence and tranquility that you wanted so much! Keep silence!
- Pets: must be consulted in advance.

Josiane is a very friendly and hospitable person and she welcomes every guest that is living with in her home. She makes sure that you feel comfortable at all time. The location of her home was also really good and there is public transportation right to the city. Overall we had a great time during our stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
