Hello. We are a family of 3 people: me, my wife and my son. We are pleasant, communicative people and willing to help our guests in whatever they need. We speak Spanish, English and Polish. We love to travel and meet people from other cultures. The room is warm in winter with heating and cool in summer without the need for air conditioning.
The use of the kitchen is limited to:
A space to store things in the fridge, the kettle and the table. You cannot cook or use the oven.

About the Area
Our house is located in Chamberi - one of the best and most central residential neighborhoods in Madrid, next to the Rios Rosas metro on line 1 and only 4 stations from Sol in a direct line without changes. There is a shopping center 10 minutes walk away as well as 5 supermarkets very close. The famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium is 15 minutes away. In addition, the house is next to the fashionable street - Ponzano, with the best gastronomic and leisure offer in all of Madrid. In the surroundings there are many terraces, however in our house you will sleep without noise or disturbance.

Perfect!
They took the time to welcome me, to accommodate me, to explain everything to me about their apartment, the city of Madrid.
Really lovely people!

Mi experiencia con Daniel y su familia fue increíble. Desde el principio fueron muy acogedores y amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudarme con consejos útiles y a compartir buenos momentos. Me sentí como en casa gracias a su hospitalidad. Recomiendo totalmente hospedarse con ellos, son personas maravillosas :)

Daniel was very helpful and met us at the exit of his Metro station which was 1 min from his house. The bedroom was comfortable with the bathroom right next door. The family were very helpful with advice for a trip to Toledo which was a highlight for us and advice for vegetarian options. Thank you Daniel, Olena and Alessandro. ( sorry if spelling wrong)

My stay with Daniel’s family was great- including Misu their delightful cat! Misu seriously stole my heart! I slept great, and they provided me with lots of advice and where to go. Y practicaba mi español!
There home is right next to a metro so it was really easy to get around. I was traveling solo, and if course safety was on my mind, but I felt incredibly safe in this neighborhood at all hours. Lots of restaurants nearby so you’ll have lots of choices. Glad this is where I started my 3 week trip! Thank you Daniel, Alina, y Alessandro!

Останавливалась в доме Даниэля в Мадриде во время своего путешествия по Испании. Очень милая маленькая уютная комната со всем необходимым. Даниэль и его семья очень дружелюбные и внимательные. Готовы помочь с любым вопросом, чтобы сделать ваше пребывание в Мадриде идеальным. Порекомендуют интересные места, как добраться, что посетить. Квартира находится в отличном спокойном районе в 2 минутах от станции метро. До центра и основных достопримечательностей можно добраться и пешком при желании. Комфортное пребывания, лучшие впечатления.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
