Hello!
I have three large bedrooms and a single room with a complete bathroom dhared only betwen guests, and wifi. The apartment is a tipical ancient flat ,in the heart of Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter in a pedestrian street, close to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, the Cathedral and a few minutes from the beaches of Barcelona, very well connected with all the amenities and all you need.
Rooms with balcony, wardrobe, king size bed and possibility of 2 or 3 single beds in each room. Towels, bed linen , beach towels and hairdrier available. Breakfast is included. Use the kitchen to cook is NOT PERMITTED. guests can use the microwave and keep food in the fridge and use the kitchen to eat. It's not allowed to eat and keep food in the bedrooms.
I'm an italian painter living in an independent part of the house and speaking Spanish, Italian, English and French.
* It is important that you download WhatsApp to have better communication after the booking is confirmed since I use it to send you all details about the property.
My home provides a relaxed and original atmosphere, but above all a smiling and Mediterranean welcome! I will help you to book touristic entrances and suggest restaurants, rent a bike and all you need to enjoy Barcelona

Remember that "homesharing" is not rent all the house or go to a cheaper hotel, it's a good way to live the town from inside and share little moments.

Eating and keep food in the bedrooms is not permitted, guests can eat in the kitchen and also keep food there. Guests can use microwave, Nespresso, cuttle and all is necessary to eat (plates, glass...), it's possible to warm food. Switch off lights and fun when guests are not at home.
Respect the cleaning of the bathroom.

I recently stayed with Stefania during my trip to Barcelona, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Stefania’s home is a beautiful apartment located in El Gótico, just a 2-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya. The location couldn't be more ideal, especially for those traveling to and from the airport. The street outside is lively, but it made me feel very safe with all the hustle and bustle.
Stefania was the perfect hostess—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, towels, fans, charging sockets, and great internet access. I had everything I needed. She also has two adorable and friendly chihuahuas, Bruno and Clara, who added to the homely atmosphere.
I loved my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you, Stefania, for making my trip so memorable!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Stefania war großartig! Die Unterkunft hat eine fantastische Lage direkt im Zentrum von Barcelona, perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Stefania selbst war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, sodass ich mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt habe. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
My stay with Stefania was fantastic! The accommodation is in a perfect location right in the center of Barcelona, ideal for exploring the city. Stefania was extremely kind and helpful, making me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The room was very spacious, and I lacked nothing during my stay. I highly recommend this place!

Stefania's apartment was an experience in itself! You can feel her creative spirit in every corner :) She was super lovely and helpful with recommendations, and provided breakfast, towels, fans, and everything needed. Great location, just off Placa de Catalunya. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Staying with Stefania was the greatest pleasure of our time in Barcelona! I could not think of a better way to feel at home and deeply integrated into the beautiful people and culture of the city. Stefania is such a welcoming and helpful host and lives in the perfect flat right in the gothic quarter. It felt like living in an idyllic 20th century romantic novel set in Barcelona.

Stefania is a wonderful human being first of all, and a wonderful host second. We loved every minute of our stay, made us feel like we were truly at home. She treated us as part of the family and after this this is the only place I have to stay at in Barcelona. Her apartment is one of the most beautiful ones I have ever seen. Whatever you needed, and kind of turist information or help in any way, she would provide it, truly a humble and great person, 10/10, couldn't be more satisfied. I am definitely returning!

This has been the most beautiful and the most pleasant stay that we have been at. The host is the best host we have stayed at, so kind so nice and so welcoming, it almost felt like we were staying with our mother and not a person we just met. Just a beautiful experience with beautiful people, I cannot put to words the whole experience. I will recommend this stay to everyone that is going to Barcelona and I will never go to another apartment when I'm in Barcelona. 100% will go again, as soon as possible. If there was a chance I would have stayed there forever. As a cherry on top we were guarded by two amazing Chihuahuas Bruno and Clara and they are adorable and very well mannered, no barking no funny businesses, only huge amounts of love. Please anyone going to Barcelona take my advice and go here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
