The beautiful thing about the room is that it is very central. It's in the middle of Poblenou, very close to the beach… a few minutes from the port of Barcelona, Bogatell beach and Barceloneta beach.
The apartment is located about 3 minutes walking from the metro/subway, bus, trolley car and train stations. The public transport in Barcelona is excellent, easy to use and a cheap way to get yourself around town.
You are only two stops from Plaza Catalunya, 800m walk from La Ciudadela Park and 15 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. You can find restaurants, night clubs, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets around.
The room is very large and comfortable, it has a double bed, closet, natural light and is very fresh. The bathroom and kitchen is shared, you can use the fridge and all the appliances. We will be very happy to host you and it will undoubtedly be your best choice.
You will have to pay an economical deposit according to the days of the reservation. That deposit will be returned the day you leave the room and the property in the proper conditions as you found it on the first day of your stay.
Upon arrival you will be given the keys (if you lose the keys you must pay €50) and I must take a picture of your ID. It is not allowed to invite people to the apartment, without prior notice, for your safety and mine.

Excellent location for bars, restaurants and the marina , room large and clean. Miguel was very friendly and helpful, sending us maps where the best bars were
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
